Girls in need of some prayer
(This is the actual photo of the fire)My younger sisters, who share an apartment, were evacuated from their unit yesterday due to the above fire. Unfortunately, the wall of their unit is the back wall of the one where the fire started. One of them was allowed back into the unit last night to find her diabetic supplies (she is type one diabetic and must have insulin to live) and from what she saw, the wall that bordered the other unit (and is their kitchen and bathroom) was pretty torched. Enough to see rafters. The firefighters did grab what they could from that wall and anything of value they may have seen and tossed it on the other side of the room and put and fireproof tarp over it, so hopefully some things were saved. The Red Cross has them set up in a hotel for a couple of days and they hope to get into the unit today to see what, if anything, is salvageable.
Prayers would be greatly appreciated.
