		<description>Our first experience with eggplant ended in a trip to the ER.  We didn&#039;t know that my DH was allergic to it.  In fact, I had never even heard of eggplant allergies at all before.  His mouth began to itch and it got harder and harder for him to breathe.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t care for the big eggplants at all, I think they&#039;re always bitter; but I LOVE the little Japanese eggplants. We ate them constantly when I was in China, stir-fried in a black bean sauce. Amazing. And they&#039;re good on pizza! They are just less watery, less bitter, delicious.
