		<description>Great information!  I feed my kids lots of good fats - beef tallow, coconut oil, lard , butter and good proteins - grassfed beef, pastured pork.  I hope that they are getting the zinc, magnesium and iron from the red meat.  We don&#039;t eat much fish - too expensive and I don&#039;t personally know of a  source.  They do get fermented cod liver oil.  

It&#039;s scary how many kids are fed food, thought to be healthy by well-meaning parents, that&#039;s really just horrible for them.  We are really concerned that kids do well in school but  send them off to school after a breakfast of cereral and pasteurized oj.  It&#039;s just sooo frustrating.</description>
