A Disciplined Life {what I need, a review, big discount, and a giveaway}

So yea.

Last year kicked my feet out from under me, and beat me up after I fell. I’ve had moments of brilliance as I try to tackle life again, try to get ‘caught up’ so to speak. For most of the year though, I’ve been at a loss about what to tackle first, where to direct my attention.

And I hate feeling like this!

I’m taking it as a bit of a sign from above that my friend Crystal over at Money Saving Mom sent me her new ebook to read over – “21 Days to a More Disciplined Life”.

Do you have ideas, hopes, and dreams for what you want to accomplish in your life, but you feel like you’re being held back by a lack of personal discipline?

Are you easily overwhelmed by your big ideas or projects, and you just don’t know where to start and how to make real progress?

Do you find yourself making “all-or-nothing” plans for transforming your life, and then three days later you crash and burn under the weight of your plan?

Reading through the first few chapters really made me look at my life and all the areas that I currently lack discipline in- and there are a lot. I’m tired of a messy kitchen, dinners thrown together at the last minute, and flying by the seat of my pants in both my schooling and the schooling of my children.

I plan on talking about this a bit more next week, but I’ll soon be taking an extended break from my online world and business. And when I do, I’m going to work through this book, day by day, to help me get a handle on my life again.

This book launches TODAY.

You can buy it on Kindle OR as a PDF for your computer for only 99¢

(the price will go up to $4.99 this Friday)

We talk a lot about life changes here at NKU, and the thing is, it takes discipline to change your diet and lifestyle! I do hope you’ll pick up this book and work through it as I’m doing.

Crystal has also allowed me to give away 100 copies of her new book! Enter below – we’re keeping this one short, just 24 hours.
