	To be an authorized affiliate of Naturally Knocked Up, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Naturally Knocked Up service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Naturally Knocked Up affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. Affiliate Agreement 1. The terms in this agreement; "affiliate," "you," and "your" are referring to you, the applicant. "We" and "our" refer to us here at Naturally Knocked Up. 2. The duration of this agreement starts upon approval date and can be terminated by either party, which can be done without cause or notice. 3. No affiliates may advertise or use the banner ads, links, etc. of the Naturally Knocked Up eCourse on websites that include and/or promote adult only content, vulgar language, or discriminatory content. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement, without notice, if your site is found to include these things. 4. This agreement may be modified at any time by those of us here at Naturally Knocked Up. Your continued participation within the program after any changes or modifications are made will be considered acceptance of the agreement. 5. An affiliate may not make a commission off his/her own purchases! 6. Commissions will be paid (via Paypal - preferred, or personal check) on the 15th of each month, will be paid after 45 days and will begin on August 15th. For a sale to generate commission, the customer must fill out the sign up/order form in it's entirety and payment must be made. Any cancellations will be deducted from your earnings. 7. As an affiliate you will have access to the affiliate website in which you can track earnings and visits.
