    I am going to say eggs. I hope I win!!! I just had surgery to have my tubes untied and I am still trying to conceive!!! Unfortunately the doctor was only able to save one of my tubes so my husband and I are keeping our fingers crossed!

    Dairy and seafood offer all of these nutrients. I would SO love to win a scholarship to this course! I have been through IVF 3 times (resulting in one healthy beautiful boy!) and was blessed by the Lord to give birth to my second son 17 months later. I would love another child, but cannot bear the thought of going through IVF and all the emotional stress it brings. I think this course is a wonderful thing, I just cannot afford it on my own right now.

    Seafood and Dairy…especially pasteruized eggs! I would love, love, love a scholarship! I have been fighting PCOS for nearly 13 years and I could really use a new direction in kicking this for good!

  18. I am going to say eggs.

    I just wanted to thank you for sharing your story and creating this course. I found out I had PCOS when we were having infertility issues TTC. I had always had incredible pain and flucuating cycles. The doctor’s answers were the pill/patch. While on the patch on had a blood clot in my leg that thankfully did not cause long term damage. Even with the hormones we were told that I needed to eat to put on the pounds since I had a low body fat. Before we were TTC I ate healthy but not organic. While TTC I ate processed foods to gain wgt fast. After doing all this we gave up feeling frustrated and I went back to eatting like I did before. About 2mths later we foundout we were pregnant with our son. Our son is now almost 3 and we would like to TTC in the next 6mths or so. I really want to get it right this time :)

    The answer is Egg Yolks!! The White of the egg does not contain these things but the Yolk has them ALL!!!!

  40. Organic, free-range, farm-fresh eggs….nothin’ better! Also, I would guess that any dairy product (again organic, grass-fed, ect) would contain these vitamins and nutrients.
