Menu Plan : October 20

Over the last few weeks I’ve begun to miss the fresh veggies from the garden and great farmers market produce. Such is the coming of winter I guess.

Monday:
breakfast – yogurt smoothies, soaked zucchini bread
lunch – tuna sandwiches, hardboiled egg, cut veggies and dip
snack – celery w/ peanut butter, wheat graham squares
dinner – Hmm, this one is a toss up since I’ve got a doctor appt and will be home late.

Tuesday:
breakfast – scrambled eggs, fruit
lunch – salad
snack – apples
dinner – tacos w/ homemade tortilla shells

Wednesday:
breakfast – soaked oatmeal
lunch – leftovers
snack – celery and carrots, soaked blueberry muffin
dinner – roast chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli

Thursday:
breakfast – blueberry pancakes w/ peanut butter and real maple syrup
lunch – quesadillas
snack – grapes, blueberry muffin
dinner – chicken nuggets, roast potatoes, green beans
snack for The Office! – homemade popcorn

Friday:
breakfast – yogurt smoothies
lunch – sandwiches, cut veggies, fruit
snack – apples, sliced cheese
dinner – brinner! omelets – the works!, and potatoes

Saturday:
breakfast – pancakes, fruit
lunch – either soup and sandwiches or we’ll eat out
dinner – pizza on homemade english muffin bread

Sunday:
breakfast – soaked oatmeal, fruit
lunch – grilled cheese sandwiches and veggies
dinner – venison steaks, sweet potatoes, broccoli
snack – maybe homemade ice cream! :-)

  1. I have been looking for a good “Graham Cracker” type recipe for a while, as I made some that just didn’t seem very tasty at one time, LOL. I will give yours a try. :) Thanks!
