Due to my current “condition” and all, dinners around here have been a bit sparse. Sparse in nutrition and also in actually making them. I know I plan out each week, but by the time 4:30 rolls around, food is usually the last thing I want to look at. Especially since I got sick a couple weeks ago. For some reason that started the whole nauseous thing going again.
But here is to a better week, and I’m sure if I make myself cook all these meals, we’ll all be better off. (My poor husband is getting so sick of soup!)
Monday – Homemade chicken nuggets broccoli, and roasted potatoes
Tuesday – Steaks made w/ my hubbys sa-weet marinade (if I can ever get him to write it down, I’ll post the recipe, cause it’s super awesome!) We’ll be having baked sweet potatoes and green beans as well and some dinner rolls if I can remember to whip them up earlier in the day.
Wednesday – Brinner! (hey, I need at least one easy night!) We’ll be having omelets w/ veggies, cheese and hashbrowns.
Thursday – baked Salmon, steamed veggies, baked potatoes
Friday – Spaghetti with meat sauce, homemade garlic bread, salad
Saturday – Pizza on homemade english muffin bread (this bread is really good and it’s such a fun way to make pizzas to ‘mix it up’ a bit!)
Sunday – Crock pot roast with potatoes, onion, and cooked carrots. Served with green beans and dinner rolls.
