Oh man, I have learned so much from this blog already! But you were the first one to tell me about the virtues of coconut oil, which I now have in my house all the time.

I believe that one of things that has stuck with me the most is that butter is not bad for you
I’m from the south and being able to eat REAL butter and not flavored oil makes me happy!

I have also learned that cooking healthy meals don’t have to taste bland, your recipes have helped me to use real ingredients that taste great.
Thanks!

Hi, I’m having a hard time using your ENTER HERE link.
I’d love to learn more about fertility. I’ve learned a lot from your blog. Especially about broths and fermented foods. Thanks!
