I got an email last week about eMeals brand new menu plan: Paleo!
Since I first found out about them at Blissdom a couple of years ago, they’ve drastically expanded their meal plan offering to include a gluten free menu, a clean eating menu, and a natural and organic menu. And now the newest, a paleo menu! I know quite a few of you are headed this way (or are currently trying out a paleo menu) in order to heal you body and try to reverse health and fertility issues, so I wanted to make sure you knew about it.

They currently have a free Paleo Challenge week of meals and 10% discount code for my readers: PALEO I for one am going to try out the free week as I’ve had a heck of a time getting my butt in gear to meal plan!
And one aspect of their meal plans that I really like is the ability to use either a family plan OR a meal plan made for two. Plus, at only $5 to $7 per month, it’s an inexpensive way to plan out your dinners!
