It’s unfortunately all to common for women to deal with issues regarding burnout and fatigue, causing depression, anxiety, and all around feelings of being overwhelmed. We normally don’t talk about it, hiding under the cloak of “I’m fine”, as we try to do just one more thing that often leaves us hitting our own crisis point. I’ve already talked a bit about my own personal struggles with burnout and adrenal fatigue, and today I’m part of a panel discussion at Keeper of the Home with 2 other women who are opening up and sharing as well.
