  1. This is SUCH a fabulous eBook! You will definitely not regret purchasing it. Her recipe for tortillas is amazing–my husband (a die-hard store-bought white flour tortilla guy) thought that they were fantastic. Pair them with the Cultured Refried Beans and you have an incredible meal! The Maple Mustard Dressing is also amazing and keeps quite well in the refrigerator. And finally, the Holden Family BBQ Sauce is to die for! A totally different white vinegar-based sauce that is very light and refreshing. I always boil the leftovers and serve alongside my chicken for dipping…it’s that good. 😉

If you’ve been wanting to try to cook and eat healthier meals, but are overwhelmed by Nourishing Traditions, this is the book for you! I use Real Fast Food all the time and everything that I’ve tried has been wonderful. A great, easy transition to really good, really fast food! :)

  2. oooh! This is just what I need right now! I’m off to purchase… I think I can spare $4 for it!

  3. Donielle, thanks for your review and for letting me share my book with your readers!
