Seven random facts

I was recently tagged by Amanda on my other blog for a “7 random things” meme. And since I love learning odd facts about other people I thought some of you may enjoy learning some odd ones about me. Plus I haven’t really shared a lot about myself other than all my “TMI” reproductive information!

So here goes:

  1. The strings on bananas weird me out.
  2. My first car was a yellow 1972 Volkswagen beetle. I loved it, even though it had no heat and a hole in the floorboards right in front of my feet. It was a cold winter.
  3. I’m actually rather shy in social situations.
  4. I totally wanted to be Laura Ingalls Wilder when I was young.
  5. I can eat a jar of pickles in one sitting, and have done so on many occasions.
  6. I haven’t thrown up since I was 12. Not even during pregnancy. (knock on wood!)
  7. The older I get, the less I am tolerant of heights

Now, I’m really gonna break bloggy tradition here and actually not tag anyone. I know, I know. So if you would love to let everyone know 7 random things about you, let me know when you post it and I’ll link to you! (I’m such a cheater)

I was wondering what you use as “soap” in the shower? I assume you don’t use a body wash, and you make your own! Just curious what it is… I’m a new reader, sorry if you covered this already!!

Tracy – I hate to say this out loud, but I don’t use a lot of anything in the shower. :-) I do currently have a Burts Bees body wash that I also use for shaving, but when that is I think I’d like to try Dr. Bronners liquid soaps. I definitely haven’t figured out a way to make my own yet! But it is on the list of things to try.

I’ve realized I get burnt out to quickly when I try to many new things at once, so I’m slowly changing everything out one at a time. I’ll let you know if I come up with anything really good!
