In my never ending quest for healthy living and in light of my recent post, I’ve decided I need to try more new things. My recipe repetaur (how in the world do you spell that? spellcheck is no help)(repertoire -thanks Audrey!). Anyways, my recipes are boring me, I need to eat more veggies, and in turn consume some more and different nutrients.
So next week I shall kick off:
“Try It Tuesday”
In which each week I’ll try a new recipe or a new vegetable (gulp) or a new something. And I would love for you all to participate as well!! So, I’m gonna put up a Mr. Linky along with my post and you can tell me what new thing you’ve tried. So that maybe I can give it a go too. I see it as a way to keep each other accountable. And I’m gonna leave the topic pretty open too. Everything from recipes and foods to things like: maybe you tried a new gym, exercise DVD or routine, homemade cleaner, etc. etc.
And to make it even more fun – I have another copy of Nourishing Tradtions to give away. So everyone that links up to the post will be entered into the giveaway. I’ll give everyone until next Wednesday night to link! (how’s that for twisting your arm?!)
*Edited to add – these need to be healthy things. Don’t tell me about the new Edy’s flavor or something!

Great idea! Also, another kick in my butt needed to actually read my copy of Nourishing Traditions, since I polished off Barbara Kingsolver, Michael Pollan and Nina Planck’s first book.

I believe it’s “repertoire”.
I’m actually cleaning out my pantry right now, and then when I use up the majority of stuff I have, I will be starting over… and THEN I will participate.
I’m posting all about it if you want to check it out!

Okay, I’m stupid, how do you link?

Don’t worry – you can’t link off of this one. The first post you can link off of will go up tomorrow (5/19) as long as I hear back from the Mr. Linky folks. They’ve screwed up my account again.

Oh, okay, thanks!
